Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of esmediallc.skin and the services reached through it from Esmediallc Septic. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Esmediallc Septic Does

Esmediallc Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump septic tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you strike with a provider.

Providers Stand Alone

The providers you are linked with are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or how it turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Calls, Texts and Emails

By calling or sending a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@esmediallc.skin.
