How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Request an estimate

Who will I actually talk to?

Good question. You will talk to an independent provider from our network. These are local septic and sewer businesses, and each one runs its own operation. Esmediallc Septic makes the introduction and then steps aside.

This page does not feature staff profiles or names. The people who come to your home work for the provider, not for us.

What happens after I reach out?

You send a request or request a callback to check provider availability. You share a few details, like the symptoms, your address area and any recent changes. Then a local provider follows up.

The provider may ask follow-up questions. They may also look at the tank, the lines or the drainfield before they suggest anything. After that, you get a written quote.

What should I ask a provider?

Not sure what to say? Ask the provider. Here are a few starters:

  • What do you think is causing this?
  • What will the work involve, step by step?
  • Is the price in writing, and what could change it?
  • How soon can you come out?
  • Are you licensed and insured in Missouri?
  • What should I do while I wait?

Write down the answers. If you compare two quotes, you will be glad you did.

Am I in control here?

Yes, completely. Asking for an estimate does not commit you to anything. You can say yes, say no or ask for time to think.

If a provider rushes you or will not explain a price, that is a sign to pause. A good provider is happy to answer questions.

What can I do while I wait?

A few calm steps can help in the first hour:

  • Cut back on water use, like laundry and long showers
  • Keep people and pets away from any pooled wastewater
  • Do not open or enter the tank
  • Note what you see, with photos if it is safe

Ready to talk to a provider?

Take it one step at a time. Share what is going on, and a local provider can take it from there.
